General Conditions:

Prices offered includes an ordinary estimated consumption of electricity and water, according to regular features of the property. For exceed limit consumptions there will be an increased on prices in accordance with the following criteria:

WATER: Regular consumption = 2 cubic meters per day, Exceeding at the rate of € 2 by cubic meter.

ELECTRICITY: Regular consumption = 7kWh/day, Exceeding shall be paid at €0.30 kwh.

Payment Conditions:

 

To formalize the reservation, the client will have to pay the 35 of the total amount of the rental.Before the customer enters at the property, the client will pay the 65 remaining and a deposit of 300 Euros. This deposit will be refunded to customer at the time of exit.

​Total loss of that 35 % payment in case of cancellation

Mallorca10 reserves the possibility to claim the 50 % of payment of the 35 % initial.
